Rollick Chinese Shar-Pei
We are a
family blessed with a great affection for animals. In the early 1970’s we fell
in love with Siberian Huskies. We “adopted” from several reputable breeders and
hit the Northeast show circuit. We made lots of new friends and completely
enjoyed the experience. As our children were born, time became precious and our
show ambitions were put aside.
In the Fall of
1998, after doing extensive research, we decided to add a Chinese Shar-pei to
our family. An AKC Champion at 10 months of age, Singe’s
loving personality and almost human quirks encouraged us to become more heavily
involved in the breed.
We
are both members of the Chinese Shar-Pei Club of America (CSPCA).

of Chinese Shar-Pei Club of Canada,
founding
members of the Berkshire Spur Chinese Shar-Pei Club (BSCSPC), Kathy currently
serves on the board and Walt is the motorhome/parking coordinator for our
Specialty. Also associated with North American Shar-Pei Rescue
(NASPR), Kathy is on the Board of Directors and is also a Regional Cordinator
for her area.
All of our
Shar-Pei are AKC registered. BEAR IN MIND that AKC registration does NOT
guarantee quality. Rollick stands firm in the opinion that Shar-Pei should ONLY
be purchased from breeders who belong to the Chinese Shar-Pei Club of America,
who offer a written contract, who offer you checkable references, who screen
their dogs for health defects and who promise to take the dog back if you are
ever unable to keep the dog. NEVER BUY A SHAR-PEI FROM A PET STORE. The
registration papers are only as good as the breeder. DEAL WITH A CSPCA MEMBER
BREEDER WHOM YOU TRUST.
